After a bad experience with another large and more recognisable retailer I thought I’d try out these guys after seeing some work they’d done in a friends place. It was only a small job carpeting my sons’ bedroom, but they certainly didn’t make me feel any less valued. They had a huge range to choose from, almost too much choice. They could easily cater for expensive taste, I was looking for practical and inexpensive being a boy’s room, they had this covered. The finish was fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again, they have reinstated my confidence in the carpet industry!

Floors for thought carpeted my entire house consisting of 3 bedrooms, stairs and a lounge. The friendly staff in the shop are very knowledgeable and I got a sense of care from them, they were more interested in what carpet would suit my property and stand up against my two young children, than trying to sell me any old product for a quick sale. They allowed me to borrow samples and came to my house to measure up in the process giving me a very detailed explanation of how the process would work (I was a carpet novice at this point). I was already sold at that point, if their workmanship was anything like their customer care then they’d do a fine job, I was sure.. And it was! I can’t fault the carpet fitters, clean, friendly and the attention detail far exceeds even my own, and I’m a fussy so and so! I’d fully recommend Floors for thought, I’ll certainly be heading back when my kitchen and bathroom are ready for a new floor!

I really can’t recommend these guys enough! I only heard about them through googling carpet companies and reading the reviews. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating and the finished product it beautiful!
